Very occasionally we are forced to substitute specific items in our hampers shown on the website. We will endevour to notify you of this as quickly as possible, however by accepting these terms and conditions you are expressly accepting this.
We are happy to refund for items that have been damaged in transit. Aside from this, we do not offer any refunds.
Our items are generally received within one week of dispatch. We aim to to dispatch our orders as soon as possible, sometimes this can take a few days however.
